Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of EHS experience OR advanced degree with 3+ years of EHS experience.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing Environmental, Health and Safety programs.
• Experience interpreting and applying OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations, hazard assessments, and corrective actions.

• Lead site environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Partner with business leaders to align EHS strategies with site priorities and organizational objectives.
• Manage, coach, and develop EHS team members and performance goals.

• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Interface with regulatory agencies, support inspections and audits, and manage permits.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to promote safety awareness.
