EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned EHS professional to support the Vice President of EHS and Operations staff in developing and maintaining the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Department.

You will serve as the focal point for technical EHS support through the project life cycle, and input key safety objectives, measuring and reporting results. You will develop and administer safety policies, procedures and programs, support field execution through audits and field assessments,

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Safety & Health preferred.
• CSP, CIH, ASP, OHST, CHST, CHMM preferred; able to obtain within 2 years.
• 3–5 years of practical field safety/environmental mgmt in refining/petrochemical.
• Experience with industrial turnarounds is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Support VP EHS and operations in safety program development and maintenance.
• Develop and implement site safety plans aligned with ANSI Z-10.
• Lead risk assessments and root cause analysis.
• Perform incident investigations and prepare corrective actions.
• Provide training programs on health, safety, and environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client safety requirements.
