Job summary

CGS Global is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety programs for a long-term construction project at the TSMC facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role demands hands-on leadership, field presence, and the ability to build relationships with project leadership, contractors, and client teams to drive a proactive safety culture.

You will conduct audits, oversee critical programs like LOTO and confined space, lead incident investigations, monitor OSHA

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS experience.
• 5+ years in a Safety Manager or EHS leadership role.
• CSP Certification (Required)
• Current OSHA 500 & OSHA 501 Certifications (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs for construction and field operations.
• Partner with project leadership, contractors, and client teams to drive safety performance.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Oversee critical safety programs including LOTO, confined space, line breaking, chemical safety, and emergency response.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Evaluate subcontractor safety performance and compliance.
• Deliver safety training, coaching, and field support.
• Monitor OSHA, environmental, and project-specific safety requirements.
• Track and report key safety metrics and performance indicators.
