Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an EHS Engineer to lead safety and environmental programs at our Phoenix fab, supporting the deployment of leading-edge N4/N3/N2 processes. You will translate federal and state requirements into practical standards and guide facilities, construction, and operations to ensure compliance and safe operations.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Occupational Safety and Health or related field and 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, with strong communication, risk assessment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental or a closely related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Environmental programs for TSMC Arizona Facilities.
• Work with Construction team on Environmental and safety related issues and concerns.
• Corporate ESH primary point of contact for EHS issues with ISEP.
• Responsible for reviewing new/updated regulations that may impact TSMC Arizona.
• Work with facilities, Material Management, and warehouse hazardous waste issues.
• Provide technical, regulatory and process guidance to address emerging ESH issues.
• Evaluate new TSMC AZ machinery, and inspect waste management status.
• Point of contact for all Management of Change issues.
