Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Safety Manager to develop and oversee safety programs for on-site construction services.

You will lead safety audits, prepare and deliver training, manage permits, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other standards. The role requires coordinating with site teams, overseeing two junior coordinators, and driving incident investigations to determine root causes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience.
• 1+ years of semiconductor experience.
• 1+ years of fall protection experience.
• Associates or College degree on Environmental Health and Safety preferred.
• OSHA 500/510 training accreditations required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Safety programs and audits.
• Lead safety team meetings and training sessions.
• Oversee permits and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA).
• Visit job sites for safety audits and risk assessment.
• Develop and manage Safety Plans (LOTO, Fall Protection, Scaffolding).
• Attend customer meetings representing Pentagon Technologies.
• Drive incident investigations to determine root causes.
