Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Corporate ESH Engineer to lead safety strategy and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations at our Phoenix facility. The role requires developing safety and environmental standards and coordinating with management to implement ESH directives.

You will review regulations, address Emergency Preparedness, Chemical Management and Facility Safety, and act as the primary contact for safety-related issues and contractor safety oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in health and safety in industrial/manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractor safety programs for TSMC Arizona facilities.
• Collaborate with Construction on safety-related issues and concerns.
• Review and interpret new regulations impacting Emergency Preparedness, Chemical Management and Facility Safety.
• Review and approve Contractor Safety plans and procedures.
