Job summary

ASM Arizona is seeking an EHS Lead II to provide visible, technically strong EHS leadership for three facilities (two in Chandler, one in Phoenix). You’ll partner with facilities, engineering, operations, and contractors to maintain compliant, safe, and continuously improving workplaces in a semiconductor equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EHS programs in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks and related regulatory reporting.
• Ability to develop procedures, trainings, and field controls for practical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS execution for three ASM Arizona facilities (two Chandler, one Phoenix).
• Advise site leadership and operations on EHS matters and regulatory compliance.
• Develop procedures, training materials, inspections, and field controls.
• Analyze EHS metrics, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Support EHS in cleanrooms, labs, and around semiconductor equipment and chemicals.
• Lead risk assessments for installations, maintenance, and process changes.
• Maintain chemical safety, energy control, electrical safety, and incident reporting programs.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response across locations.
