Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA is looking for an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Professional to support semiconductor and high-tech construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves promoting safety culture, conducting inspections, and coaching teams for safety excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction, general industry, semiconductor, or related experience.
• 3+ years of health and safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Ability to work in active construction environments and climb stairs or elevated platforms.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support semiconductor and high-tech construction projects with EHS standards.
• Conduct daily EHS observations and document findings.
• Perform site safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Champion proactive safety initiatives for the team.
• Conduct EHS training sessions as needed.
