Job summary

Aerotek in Rohnert Park, CA, seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs across 37 locations in the Western United States. You will ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, oversee audits, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with operations to strengthen safety culture.

The role manages a team of about 20 safety professionals, analyzes EHS metrics, and reports to executives. Approximately 70% travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EHS leadership across multiple locations.
• OSHA compliance and regulatory reporting experience.
• 3+ years in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• 3+ years of multi-site safety program management across warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• 3+ years of safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; able to present to executives.
• Willingness to travel approx. 70% with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of EHS programs across 37 sites in the Western United States.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance, including audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis; drive corrective actions.
• Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses; implement mitigation strategies.
• Track EHS metrics, safety KPIs, and training compliance; report to leadership.
• Coach and develop a team of ~20 safety professionals; provide feedback.
