Qualifications

• BS degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• 8–10 years in an EHS role within manufacturing or distribution.
• Regulatory knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA and related agencies.
• Self-directed, professional and dependable; data-driven risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to advance safety initiatives and supervise multimarket staff.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Train managers and supervisors on EHS roles and responsibilities.
• Administer root cause analysis to identify hazards and best practices.
• Assess EHS performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigations.
• Foster a zero-harm culture and continuous safety improvement.
• Participate in Safety Council and transfer SOPs to markets.
