NEOTech is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate EHS to develop and oversee the enterprise-wide EHS strategy across seven states and eleven sites. You will standardize policies, strengthen safety culture, manage regulatory compliance, and lead risk assessments with cross-functional partners.

The role requires extensive EHS leadership in light manufacturing, strong governance, and the ability to translate corporate strategy into measurable improvements in safety and environment performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing settings.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership developing and managing EHS programs.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple facilities and travel domestically.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide EHS strategy.
• Establish corporate standards, policies, and performance targets.
• Lead regulatory compliance, audits, and risk assessments.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, Quality, and site leaders.
