SIXT, a global mobility leader, seeks an Environmental Health and Safety leader to build and own our U.S. EHS system across branches, service bays, and detailing operations. You will ensure OSHA/state-plan compliance and environmental stewardship, coordinating with HR and leadership to manage claims and disaster planning.

You will implement safety programs, conduct audits, train frontline teams, and drive KPI reporting to leaders while traveling ~40% across the U.S. network.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of progressive EHS experience with 3+ years owning multi-site programs
• Experience with automotive, fleet, rental, logistics, or aviation ground operations preferred
• Deep knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 and OSHA recordkeeping
• Experience with workers' compensation claims management and EMR improvement

Responsabilités

• Build and own SIXT US’s EHS management system including programs, policies, and standards
• Ensure OSHA and state-plan compliance across U.S. locations
• Own environmental compliance including used oil/fluids, refrigerants, stormwater, SPCC, waste management
• Establish technician safety programs (ALI/ANSI lifts, lockout/tagout, PPE, high-voltage safety)
• Manage workers' compensation program with HR and carrier/TPA, including return-to-work coordination
• Develop site emergency action and disaster plans and coordinate drills and business continuity
