Job summary

BD is seeking a talented EHS Multi-Site Leader to drive Environmental, Health, and Safety strategy across designated sites in the BD portfolio. You will lead a network of EHS professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior operations and Central EHS leadership to embed safety and environmental practices into operations.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to develop and implement risk-based EHS programs across multiple sites, including

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP, ISO regulations and knowledge of federal/state environmental and safety regulations (EPA, OSHA).
• Strong verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety; CSP credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and harmonize the EHS BU strategy with Global Central EHS strategy and drive adoption at BU sites.
• Oversee site EHS resourcing and recruit Site EHS Leaders and key roles.
• Mentor site EHS leaders and ensure training, audits, and action plans are implemented across the network.
