Job summary

Ourvita seeks a Senior Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to lead and advance HSE across U.S. operations. You will partner with executives to embed HSE into business decisions, strengthen accountability, and drive sustainable safety performance.

You will develop strategies, lead multi-site compliance and risk programs, and coach leaders to build a robust safety culture with strong metrics and reporting. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years HSE leadership in multi-site manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma, nutraceutical, food, chemical) preferred.
CSP/CIH/CHMM or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and related regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for HSE programs across multiple U.S. facilities.
Develop and drive HSE strategies, standards, and KPIs aligned with regulatory and operational goals.
Advise executives on HSE risks and integrate HSE into business planning.
Foster proactive safety culture with leadership accountability and hazard reduction.
Lead compliance, risk management, auditing, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting.
