Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of safety principles, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels and drive change.

• Lead safety initiatives to prevent serious injuries and fatalities.
• Analyze injury trends and incident data to develop risk-reduction strategies.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Partner with site leaders to strengthen safety ownership and accountability.

• Support EHS compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
