Consentium Search is recruiting a full-time EHS Leader for a premier manufacturing client in La Porte, Indiana. This role involves strategic direction and daily management of EHS programs while ensuring employee safety and asset protection.

You will be part of a four-person EHS team, responsible for regulatory leadership, training, and conducting audits. The ideal candidate has a strong background in EHS leadership, with relevant certifications and advanced education.

Salary is between $100,000 and $120,000, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading health and safety initiatives.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
• 5+ years of EHS management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site SME for the interpretation of EHS regulations.
• Partner with plant leadership to align initiatives with corporate goals.
• Design and lead employee training programs focused on safety.
• Conduct EHS audits and develop effective remediation plans.
