Job summary

Arnette Polymers is seeking an EHS & Corporate Compliance leader to develop and oversee all safety, environmental, and regulatory programs. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, manage plans and permits, and drive training initiatives across the site.

The role requires strong leadership and hands-on program administration. Responsibilities include maintaining OSHA logs and reports, leading the Safety Committee, and coordinating with HR and senior leadership on workers’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental management, chemistry, engineering or related field; or HS diploma with 5+ years PSM/related experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing setting with process safety knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools; familiarity with SAGE Platinum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations (RCRA, EPA, Missouri DNR).
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental plans and permits.
• Coordinate inspections, training, and audits to improve compliance.
• Oversee OSHA 300 log, medical monitoring and workers’ compensation administration.
• Lead Safety Committee meetings and manage incident investigations.
• Maintain and improve environmental programs for waste, air, and water compliance.
• Coordinate permits and documentation for MOC, LOTO, Confined Space.
