Job summary

Arnette Polymers is seeking a seasoned Environmental, Health, Safety and Compliance leader to oversee all regulatory programs and reporting. You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and lead the safety and regulatory permit operations.

In this role you will develop training, maintain plans such as Emergency Response, Hazard Communication, and Waste programs, and coordinate with HR and finance on workers' compensation and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental management, chemistry or engineering, or 5+ years in Process Safety Management.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with process safety knowledge.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Oversee safety and environmental permits and reports.
• Conduct on-site inspections and safety training programs.
• Maintain and update safety plans and reports (TRI, Tier II, etc.).
• Manage workers' compensation administration and OSHA logs.
