Job summary

Par Health seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS at the location, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with the company strategy. The role champions projects to achieve site and company goals, develops metrics, and oversees major compliance programs.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in chemical, refining, or pharmaceutical settings, with supervisory experience and expertise in OSHA PSM, Title V, and hazardous waste management.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related Engineering field.
• 10–15 years of experience in a chemical, refining or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Preferred 3–5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with OSHA PSM, Title V, RCRA and wastewater management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and monitoring of EHS policies and procedures across the site.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
• Develops EHS strategies to support business needs and mitigates hazards.
• Implements EHS management systems and training programs.
• Leads audits and continuous improvement initiatives in EHS performance.
