Job summary

Arnette Polymers, a division of The Stonhard Group, seeks an experienced Environmental, Health, Safety and Corporate Compliance leader to oversee federal/state/local compliance, training, and reporting. This role partners with HR and executives to improve safety, manage permits, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

The position requires 3+ years in manufacturing, knowledge of RCRA/EPA reporting, strong leadership, and proficient use of Microsoft Office and EH&S software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with experience in process safety management.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with thermoset polymer knowledge preferred.
• Strong organization, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee EH&S and corporate compliance programs.
• Maintain permits, reports, and environmental plans (RCRA, TRI, Tier II, etc.).
• Lead safety training programs for all personnel and contractors.
• Administer workers' compensation, OSHA 300 log, and medical monitoring.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on safety initiatives.
• Manage safety equipment, budgets, and procurement.
• Prepare and review SDSs/labels as GHS is implemented.
