• 10+ years of hands-on and leadership experience in EHR implementations.
• Experience leading EHR solution design, data migration, and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for large-scale EHR implementations and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee data migration, clinical workflow integration, and health data architecture.
• Coordinate with Netsmart platforms (myAvatar/myUnity/myEvolv) and ensure interoperability compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, audits, and stakeholder communications.
