Job summary

HealthTECH Resources Inc. is seeking a Netsmart EHR Manager to lead a hospice Netsmart myUnity NX environment in the Midwest. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position focused on strategic leadership and hands-on system work.

You’ll own the clinical information systems function, drive upgrades and testing, and partner with clinical, IT, and education stakeholders to translate care delivery needs into actionable system decisions. Leadership and vendor liaison experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Netsmart myUnity in hospice or post-acute settings.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory role within EHR/clinical IT.
• Bridge between clinical leadership, IT, and vendors to drive system changes.

Job description

HealthTECH Resources is seeking a Netsmart EHR Manager to lead a hospice Netsmart myUnity NX environment. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position in the Midwest.

The role:

• You’ll own the clinical information systems function for the organization: myUnity administration, vendor relationship management, system upgrades and testing, workflow optimization, and end-user support.
• You’ll also lead or oversee clinical IT projects from planning through go-live, manage a team, and partner with clinical, IT, and education stakeholders to translate care delivery needs into system decisions.
• This is equal parts strategic leadership and hands-on work, you’ll be setting direction at the leadership table and also getting into the build.

Key qualifications:

• Direct experience with Netsmart myUnity (any care setting, but hospice/post-acute preferred)
• 3+ years in a leadership, project management, or supervisory role in an EHR/clinical information systems environment
• Comfortable being the bridge between clinical leadership, IT, and the EHR vendor. You can translate a nurse's workflow frustration into a system change, and you can push a vendor conversation past the script.
• Hospice operations experience is a plus but not required if the myUnity depth is there.
