4A Consulting, LLC in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Senior EHR Subject Matter Expert to lead large-scale EHR implementations and healthcare IT modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with EHR platforms, clinical workflow optimization, data migration, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating with state agencies, vendors, and oversight teams to ensure architecture, testing, risk management, and interoperability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's/PhD preferred.
• 12+ years of healthcare IT experience with large EHR implementations.
• 4+ years of healthcare project management experience.
• 10+ years of combined hands-on and leadership EHR experience.
• Experience with health data privacy, interoperability, HIPAA, CRISP/HIE.
• State government IT development project experience.
• Experience with Netsmart platforms (myAvatar, myUnity, myEvolv).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical governance and oversight for EHR projects.
• Lead solution design, workflow alignment, testing, and QA.
• Manage vendor performance and liaison with vendor teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure SDLC compliance and interoperability standards.
• Lead health data migration strategies and data mapping.
• Coordinate with IV&V teams and compliance auditors.
• Plan resources, budgets, and schedules; drive process improvements.
• Oversee UAT, QA/QC, and acceptance testing activities.
