Job summary

HealthTECH Resources Inc. is seeking a Netsmart EHR Manager to lead a hospice Netsmart myUnity NX environment in the Midwest. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position focused on strategic leadership and hands-on system work.

You’ll own the clinical information systems function, drive upgrades and testing, and partner with clinical, IT, and education stakeholders to translate care delivery needs into actionable system decisions. Leadership and vendor liaison experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Netsmart myUnity in hospice or post-acute settings.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory role within EHR/clinical IT.
• Bridge between clinical leadership, IT, and vendors to drive system changes.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical information systems; oversee myUnity administration, upgrades, testing, and end-user support.
• Lead or oversee IT projects from planning through go-live with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage a team and translate care delivery needs into system decisions at the leadership table.
