Job summary

S:US is seeking an EHR Operations Specialist to join the Information Technology Department. You will build and optimize Netsmart MyEvolv workflows, provide essential EHR support, and troubleshoot issues while delivering clear, user-friendly guidance to end-users.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and collaboration with QA to ensure regulatory compliance, plus the ability to generate insightful reports and data visualizations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years in application support, IT, data analysis, or EHR administration.
• Experience designing workflows and forms in Netsmart MyEvolv.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service oriented approach.
• Ability to train users and create user-friendly documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SharePoint and system integrations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain workflows in Netsmart’s MyEvolv.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot EHR related issues with timely support.
• Review workflows and evaluate features to improve efficiency.
• Serve as primary or backup support for EHR software managed by the team.
• Ensure features align with regulatory requirements in collaboration with QA.
• Construct and generate customized reports and data visualizations.
