Job summary

VOA Northern Rockies seeks an Electronic Health Record Assistant System Administrator to support the Netsmart EHR suite, including MyEvolv, LOCUS, and related tools. You will handle help desks, training, testing, and system maintenance while upholding security and data integrity.

This exempt, on-site role partners with clinical and data teams to ensure seamless system operations, accurate reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma with 2+ years work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
Experience with Windows and Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

Monitor, triage, and work help desk tickets.
Provide customer support for Netsmart products.
Research and troubleshoot issues to determine if user error, bug, fix, or training is needed.
Test upgrades and fixes and document issues.
Perform system cleanup tasks and manage record routing.
Format and assist with Excel reports.
Maintain data integrity and auditing of records.
Collaborate with data, fiscal, and clinical teams for seamless operations.
Maintain training documentation and administrator manuals.
Attend meetings and take minutes as requested.
Follow information security and data management best practices.
Suggest process improvements and workaround solutions.
Assist with building or editing forms.
Log cases in Netsmart Support Center when asked.
Other duties as assigned.
