Job summary

Nordic in the United States is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex clients. You will work under Application Advisors to deliver high-quality support while maintaining SLA commitments.

The role requires strong technical and soft skills, certification in EHR modules, and experience with ticketing systems. Travel up to 15% may be required; on-call rotations possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with extensive experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules with solid functionality knowledge.
• 3–5+ years implementing, training or supporting EHR modules.
• Demonstrates Nordic's maxims and strong problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service track record; ITIL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure EHR application integrity for complex clients.
• Handle system requests through analysis, specification, build, and testing.
• Analyze workflows, system setups, audits, and participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple client assignments with minimal oversight and SLA adherence.
• Document incidents and requests in ticketing systems; communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Follow change control policies for migrating builds and configurations.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and contribute to internal initiatives.
