Job summary

Nordic seeks an experienced Managed Services Radiant Application Advisor to lead expert EHR design, build, testing and troubleshooting for Nordic's clients, while mentoring team members and overseeing engagements.

You will guide internal and customer teams, lead for small to mid-size customers, manage complex tickets, document processes, and ensure regulatory compliance through ITIL-aligned change management and best practices.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Radiant certification is required.
• 3+ years of Radiant experience with moderate understanding of functionality.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; simplify complex concepts.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems and project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure integrity and stability of EHR applications.
• Address customer requests with detailed analysis, requirements, build and testing; document changes.
• Anticipate impact of changes to other systems and manage them accordingly.
• Lead workflows analysis, system audits, upgrades and testing to find improvements.
• Document processes, support change control, and mentor junior team members.
