Job summary

Nordic seeks a Managed Services Radiant Application Advisor to provide expert EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for Nordic's healthcare clients. You will lead small-to-mid size customer engagements, mentor team members, and ensure SLAs while guiding internal and customer teams to resolution.

Active Epic Radiant certification required with 3+ years Radiant experience; strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 10% are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Radiant certification is required.
• 3+ years of direct Radiant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting for EHR Radiant applications to ensure system integrity and stability.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and manage system builds and testing.
• Lead proactive workflow analyses and audits to identify improvements and perform upgrades.
• Manage multiple complex client projects with minimal oversight and ensure SLAs are met.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems with accurate, up-to-date records.
