Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking a Managed Services Radiant Application Advisor to provide expert EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting services for Nordic clients while overseeing customer engagements and mentoring team members.

You will serve as the application lead for small to medium sized customers, guiding project and issue management, audits, and change control to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Radiant certification is required.
• 3+ years of direct Radiant experience with moderate understanding of functionality within that application.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic’s complex customers.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirement specifications and perform system build and testing.
• Guide and perform proactive analysis of workflows, system setup, and audits to find improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage multiple complex clients and projects with minimal oversight, including documentation and SLA adherence.
• Provide outstanding customer service, guiding communication and change management with IT and operations staff.

Education
