Job summary

i-Link Solutions is seeking a senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale EHR implementation across BCHS facilities and related bureaus. The role requires PMP certification, 7+ years of PM experience, and solid health informatics expertise.

You will drive project planning, control changes, manage cross-team collaboration, and ensure delivery on time and budget. The engagement is located in Harrisburg with a hybrid schedule; occasional off-site program office meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification from PMI required (minimum 5 years in PM roles).
• 7+ years of relevant PM experience; senior level with health IT focus.
• Experience with EHR/EMR implementations and health informatics.
• Strong change management experience with external clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM for EHR implementation across multiple departments.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Schedule; monitor milestones and budget.
• Coordinate risks, issues, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
• Mentor junior project staff and align IT teams to project goals.
