Job summary

Info Origin Inc. in Harrisburg, PA, seeks a senior Project Manager to lead the EHR implementation for BCHS, BOI, and BCD. You will coordinate with clinical staff and IT teams to drive the project from planning to go-live while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality.

Candidates must have 7–9 years of PM experience and an active PMI PMP certification for at least 5 years; PA residency is required. This is a contract role with two days onsite per week in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system where the customer used a paper-based charting system.
• PMI PMP certification for at least 5 years; upload certification copy.
• Must currently reside in PA; out-of-state candidates not considered.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) with independent customers preferred.
• Experience with EHR/EMR, health informatics, and health IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHR implementation across BCHS, BOI, and BCD, coordinating with clinical and IT teams.
• Drive project from initiation to go-live within schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
• Apply PMI process groups and change management practices to ensure successful adoption.
