MBI LLC seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a complex EHR implementation across BCHS, BOI, and BCD. The role requires senior-level health IT expertise, PMI-PMP certification, and 7–9 years of project management experience.

The candidate must reside in Pennsylvania and travel to the Harrisburg office two days per week. The PM will manage scope, schedule, budget, and organizational change management, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while meeting quality goals.

Qualificações

• Experience with implementation of an EHR system in a paper-based charting environment.
• PMP certification for at least 5 years.
• Must currently reside in PA and be able to work in the Harrisburg office two days a week.
• Seven to nine years of relevant project management experience on large-scale health IT projects.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) with independent customers preferred.
• Familiar with PMI standards and five process groups; ability to lead projects end-to-end.
• Accountable for the HHS DOH program implementation and meeting budget/schedule targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of an EHR system across BCHS, BOI, and BCD.
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain a detailed PM Plan and communication plan.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide weekly status updates and metrics per PMO guidelines.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project risks and RAID logs.
• Ensure compliance with HHS DC PMO standards and change management processes.
