Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience implementing an EHR system from paper-based charting.
• PMI PMP certification with at least 5 years of experience.
• Work in the Harrisburg office two days per week.
• Participate with Program Office staff in off-site meetings (State Health Centers).
• 7–9 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) with independent customers preferred.
• Experience with EHR/EMR, health informatics, and health IT.
• Directs and manages enhancements or re-engineering of business processes for a development project.
• Overall responsibility for the HHS DOH program implementation and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality requirements.
• Familiarity with PMI’s five project phases (inputs/outputs).
