Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to lead EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for our complex healthcare clients. You will work with Application Advisors to ensure system integrity, implement changes, and support patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will manage multiple client assignments, document incidents, and participate in change control while fostering a collaborative team culture and exceptional customer service. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules with strong functionality knowledge.
• 3–5+ years implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong problem solving and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ITIL familiarity.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; ticketing and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure EHR integrity, integration, and stability.
• Process system requests, analyze issues, translate to requirements, and test builds.
• Maintain workflows, system setup, audits, upgrades, and testing.
• Manage multiple client assignments with minimal supervision.
• Document incidents and changes while meeting SLAs.
• Support change-control policies for migrations.
