Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide expert EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting for complex healthcare clients nationwide. You will handle issue analysis, system builds, tests, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of EHR experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication skills. A collaborative, customer-focused approach is essential for success in a fast-paced Managed Services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and 3–5+ years of experience with EHR modules.
Certification in EHR modules with strong functionality understanding.
Experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules and related processes.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure integrity of EHR applications for complex clients.
Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
Manage tickets, change control, and documentation within SLAs.
Provide strong customer service and cross-team collaboration under supervision.
Assist onboarding of new team members and knowledge sharing.
