Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Analyst II to design, build, test and troubleshoot EHR solutions for our complex clients. You will work under Application Advisors to grow technical and soft skills while handling day-to-day tasks for multiple customers.

You will perform issue analysis, system builds, testing, documentation, and participate in change control and upgrades, online collaboration with teams, and travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5+ years' experience.
• EHR module certification preferred.
• 1+ year implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity of EHR applications for complex clients.
• Analyze workflows, perform system builds and testing.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems per SLA.
• Support change control policies for migrations.
