Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to provide design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for EHR systems for our healthcare clients. You will work under supervision of Application Advisors, handling day-to-day tasks and ensuring service quality across complex deployments.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple client projects, and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in the industry.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules with understanding of functionality.
• 3-5+ years implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic's maxims and provide excellent communication.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure EHR application integrity and stability.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and perform system builds and testing.
• Manage multiple client assignments with minimal oversight and communicate via email and calendar.
• Document all requests and incidents in ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
• Follow change control policies for migrating configurations and participate in ad hoc internal initiatives.
• Support onboarding of new team members and mentor peers.
