Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of work experience in Clinical Application/Software support.
• Leadership or project management experience preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience desirable.
• Familiarity with EHR/PM and RCM systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary owner of assigned clinical applications, ensuring performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide Tier III support for high-volume systems, including after-hours and weekends as needed.
• Lead vendor interactions and manage relationships for assigned applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional application support with IT teams.
• Mentor junior staff and act as SME for users and management.
• Document workflows, changes, and training materials for end users.
