Job summary

Claritev is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep experience in EHR solutions to lead strategic initiatives and ensure alignment between workflow and technology. You will gather voice of the customer, define design requirements, and guide delivery roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

In this role you may mentor other consultants, influence customer roadmaps, and contribute to long-term delivery strategy while maintaining HIPAA-compliant, high-quality deliverables for healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 7 equivalent years of related experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) EHR applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Healthcare industry and workflows across Oracle Health EHR solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Able to build positive working relationships across levels and functions.
• Skilled at fostering trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with initiative to drive value.
• Proficient with software/hardware incl. MS Office.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate product functionality and workflows.
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to define product design and configuration following industry best practices.
• Identify inputs and tasks needed to complete functional product configurations.
• Lead client meetings to complete work tasks.
• Execute EHR configurations meeting customer needs with judgment.
• Operate independently to deliver quality work that aligns with best practices.
• Make recommendations on effective use of technology.
• Mitigate risks and issues.
• Mentor and coach other consultants.
• Influence customer roadmap and design.
• Contribute to long-term planning and innovation.
