Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an IT Senior Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical integrations across our enterprise. You will ensure secure data exchange and high reliability between diverse IT systems.

You will lead complex integration projects, troubleshoot data flow issues, and optimize performance using APIs, ESBs, and message queues, valuing data integrity and interoperability across Clinical and Revenue Cycle workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 7-8 years experience in integration engineering or related roles.
• Experience and understanding of hospital or healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring, and delegating.
• May be called upon to lead in major incidents or failure.
• Participates in on-call rotations and major incident resolution if required by role.
• Leads smaller EAI teams in medium to large complex projects and supports issues.
• Heavy emphasis on Clinical and Revenue Cycle management product lines and workflow.
• Leads and coordinates code/peer reviews of multi-facility development work to align with requirements.
