Job summary

Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking an Analyst – Managed Services to provide EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting for healthcare clients.

The role focuses on ensuring system integrity, coordinating changes, and delivering timely client updates within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate holds post-secondary education or equivalent experience and EHR certification within four months.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Certification in relevant EHR application(s) required or certified in relevant EHR module(s) within 4 months.
• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic’s customers.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirement specifications.
• Monitor issue queues, triage for urgency, and take action or assign to team members.
• Take customer calls about issues and resolve on the call or document and transition the issue.
• Build and configure EHR applications to meet customer requirements and manage requests related to application area.
• Analyze workflows and system setup, coordinate system upgrades and testing.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in ticketing systems and provide client updates as needed.
• Follow change control policies for application builds and configurations and improve workflows.
• Contribute to projects and assist other corporate initiatives as needed.
• Manage multiple clients and projects with oversight from Senior Application Advisors.
