Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for complex healthcare clients. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, system analysis, and documentation, while managing multiple client assignments with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Certification in Epic Willow Inpatient with strong understanding of functionality within that application.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to apply problem solving skills.

Proven ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications.
Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and perform system build and testing.
Manage multiple customer assignments with limited oversight, track issues, and maintain SLAs.
Participate in change control policies for migrating application builds and configurations.
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain relationships with customer IT and operations staff.
Assist in onboarding new team members and contribute to internal initiatives.
