Prime Healthcare, an award-winning health system based in Ontario, California, is seeking an Analyst to design, build, and support the Epic EHR system. You will optimize configurations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

The role requires Epic certifications and 4+ years of Epic experience, plus the ability to travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong IT skills are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Epic applications and any new certifications must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Four (4) years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within the Epic environment.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and IT usage in healthcare.
• Strong computer skills: Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Technical expertise in analysis, process design, workflow, installation/implementation, and support of EHR systems.
• Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
