Prime Healthcare is seeking an EHR Lead Application Analyst to provide technical and functional leadership for Epic EHR design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support. You will translate clinical and business requirements into scalable solutions and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure secure, reliable EHR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience leading, supporting, configuring, implementing, or optimizing Epic EHR applications in a large healthcare environment.
• Active Epic certification in the relevant application area.
• Ability to independently analyze complex requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor analysts, coordinate team activities, and drive accountability for deliverables.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Epic implementations or multi-facility environments.
• Understanding healthcare operations, patient safety, data integrity, interoperability, interfaces, IAM, reporting.
