Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Ontario, CA, operates 54 hospitals and over 360 outpatient locations, serving more than 3 million patient visits annually. This Senior EHR Analyst role focuses on designing, building, testing, and supporting the Epic EHR across the system to optimize patient care and operations.

You will mentor other analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive configuration and optimization efforts while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Epic certifications and any new certifications must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Four years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
• Proficiency in configuration, customization, and optimization within the Epic environment.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows in an integrated delivery system.
• Strong computer skills including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and take calls as needed.
