Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of construction safety experience.
• CHST certification required or within 6 months.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed; First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED current.
• Expert knowledge of safety regulations and incident management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and enforce EH&S policies and oversee project EH&S team.
• Set EH&S direction and goals with project senior leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class safety culture.
• Engage front line workers; coach and mentor EH&S competencies.
• Collaborate with client, trade partners, and JV to ensure structure and processes.
• Establish and ensure aligned EH&S standards; communicate with portfolio projects.
