Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in safety-related field; 13+ years construction safety experience or equivalent.
• CHST certification required or within 6 months of appointment.
• OSHA 30-hour training; CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED current.
• Expert knowledge of safety regulations and incident management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; budget oversight.

Aufgaben

• Lead, direct, and enforce EH&S policies and practices on the project site.
• Oversee EH&S on site, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive safety culture.
• Generate in-person engagement with frontline workers and coach the EH&S team.
• Establish project-specific EH&S plan with KPIs and PDCA cycles.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop EH&S staff and ensure resource availability.
