Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support the company’s legal accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on delivering reliable technology solutions.

Responsibilities include advising on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, selected criminal matters, FOIA, and congressional requests, while monitoring FBI discovery policies, testing upgrades, and maintaining robust SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support including monitoring legal changes impacting civil and criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
• Monitor industry trends to apply new technology or best practices for FBI Discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs and deliver business capability.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, selected criminal matters, FOIA, congressional requests, and other external inquiries using current FBI tools.
• Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing legal hold custodians and ensure proper preservation of material.
• Update or create standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
• Maintain strong technical background with electronic discovery applications and legal expertise.
