Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our Legal team in a fast-paced environment. You will identify, preserve, collect, and produce electronically stored information (ESI) for civil and criminal matters, support government-related discovery requests, and lead the use of tools like Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas.

The role requires deep knowledge of the EDRM, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an agile setting. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal matters.
• Support criminal discovery, FOIA, and congressional inquiries.
• Operate eDiscovery tools (Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas) for data collection.
• Develop discovery plans with search parameters (date ranges, keywords, custodians).
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units and provide training and support.
